I am in a unique place called Dubai. Around 20% are citizens, the rest expatriates. That's unique. Then you have an urban and recently suburban environment. That's even more unique. Around 3.2 Million expatriates from as many as 160 countries competing with each other in an environment around just 50 square kilometers. Unique pressures on both employers and employees.
